China Railway Nanning Group employs large-track maintenance machinery to carry out periodic full-coverage grinding across its entire network of approximately 6,309 kilometers of operating lines. The primary equipment used is the GMC-96B rail grinding vehicle, which can operate in up to 99 different grinding modes to address various rail defects, precisely controlling rail height differences within 0.03 millimeters. During intensive maintenance periods, the Group has mobilized over 100 large-track maintenance machines simultaneously across six lines for large-scale operations, efficiently eliminating rail surface defects and ensuring smooth, safe railway operations throughout Southwest China.

●  Cost Reduction: Through the hot pressing process, the durability of grinding wheels is increased. A single grinding wheel can be used to grind surfaces over a distance of 80 to 90 kilometers.
●  Safety Compliance: The wheels maintained excellent dynamic balance throughout their lifecycle, with zero safety incidents, fully meeting EN 13236 and GB/T safety standards.
