Overview

The Rail Grinder RCG-L65 is a new-generation lithium battery numerical control rail grinder evolved from the NGM-6.3 II platform. It replaces the internal combustion engine with a 5.0 kW DC brushless motor and 72V-20Ah lithium battery, eliminating noise, vibration, and exhaust emissions—ideal for urban transit, tunnels, and depots. 

It inherits the intelligent copying mechanism but enhances efficiency through digital feed control. The machine achieves high copying accuracy and polishing efficiency, with grinding wheel stroke of 59 mm, profile track of 1010 mm, and feed accuracy of 0.01–0.5 mm.  

Weighing only 62 kg (without battery) and operating within –40°C to +70°C, the RCG-L65 offers long runtime (6 aluminum welds per charge) and IP45 protection. It’s the smart, sustainable choice for modern rail infrastructure teams.
