The NCM-5 II Multifunctional Vertical Axis Grinder is a lightweight yet powerful dedicated equipment for track maintenance. It is primarily designed for the repair and grinding of rail heads on various turnouts and mainline tracks, efficiently and conveniently eliminating defects such as crushing due to poor contact, head checks (fish scaling), and corrugation wear.
Furthermore, by configuring specialized grinding heads and connecting shafts, the machine can be extended to perform grinding operations on the rail web, truly achieving multi-functionality and significantly enhancing the flexibility and coverage of maintenance tasks.
