Two numbers matter more than the rest. Balance: batch balancing to G1 ≤ 30 g or G3 ≤ 34 g (GB/T 2492) is what prevents chatter and burning. Speed rating: 50 m/s minimum for train-mounted work, verified by a safety-speed test at 4,775 rpm for 30 s and a burst test at 6,354 rpm without rupture.
